Your Alviyora subscription
What the platform costs, how it is billed, and where to see your invoices.

This page has no sections.
This page is about what your school pays Alviyora. It is a different thing from school fees, which is what parents pay your school.
How Alviyora is priced
One flat monthly subscription for the whole school, based on how many learners you have. There are no per-user licences — unlimited staff accounts, unlimited guardian accounts, unlimited learner logins, all inside the same figure.
Your band is decided by your learner count, and the Billing page shows both: your count, and whether you are near a band boundary. A school at the top band is told there are no further changes to expect.
Annual billing is available and works out at two months free against paying monthly.
What every plan includes
- A free trial, with no card required.
- Attendance, academics, timetable and homework.
- Unlimited staff accounts.
- Parent communication and announcements.
- Email support.
The trial
New schools start on a trial with no card. The Billing page counts it down — 26 days left in trial — ends 23 September 2026 — so it does not lapse without warning.
Everything works during the trial. Nothing is held back.
Billed at cost
Two things are not in the subscription, and both are passed through at exactly what Alviyora’s providers charge, itemised on your invoice:
| SMS segments | Every message you send, counted in segments — see SMS |
| Debit order mandates | Setting up a parent’s debit order, where you collect fees |
Alviyora takes nothing on either. This month so far on the Billing page shows the running count and the running cost, and usage is billed a month in arrears — so what you see there appears on next month’s invoice.
Fee collection charges
If you collect school fees through Alviyora, that is charged separately:
- A flat rate per successful collection — the same whatever your size and whatever the amount.
- Nothing when a collection fails.
- Capped per month, so there is a maximum you can budget against.
The billing contact
One person receives the invoices and the billing correspondence. Change on the Billing page moves it — worth doing when a bursar changes rather than leaving invoices going to somebody who has left.
Invoices
Every subscription invoice appears on this page, listed and downloadable. It is the same list your billing contact receives by email.
If a payment fails
Your school is told, and there is a grace period before anything is restricted. The Billing page shows the state plainly rather than leaving you to infer it from a screen that has stopped working.
Nothing is deleted. A school that lapses and comes back finds its data as it left it.
