The Alviyora user manual

Everything your school runs on, explained

Attendance, marks, homework, timetables, parent communication and fees — one system that staff, guardians and learners all sign in to. This is the manual for it: plain language, every feature, with pictures of the real thing.

The dashboard an administrator sees on signing in — today's attendance, who is on site, and the month so far.

Clocking in with a QR code

An administrator puts one code on a screen at reception. Staff scan it with the phone already in their pocket, and a timer starts. The code rotates, so a photograph of yesterday's is worthless, and a phone that quietly reopens the tab tomorrow morning does not clock anybody in.

  • No scanner to buy, mount, share or replace
  • The code expires — three hours by default
  • A live board of who is on site right now
  • Late is measured against your own school hours
